PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL ABUSE ON SBYNEWS.COM

Joe is using the suicide of Jack Willing, Jr. to publish a story about a woman who was sexually abused by her grandfather. Then she was beaten by her mother when she tried to tell. It is a difficult story to read. If sbynews.com had been in existance at that time would Joe have"helped" by exposing the abuse? If a mother asked Joe for help because her child had been abused and was continuing to be abused would Joe have helped?

NO! Joe would have called the mother a nut case and said the kid deserved what he/she got. He would encourage others to make uneducated and hateful comments. He posts lies for hits.

Posession of child pornography is sick and scary but does not mean that the person acted on it. Time will tell. It is interesting to remember that Willing was partners with Tony Bruce, who also committed suicide.

I Had A Dog Just Like That!

The Amazing Jim Dog! I will never stop missing my wonderful Jimmy. I got him when I was just 19 and he died when I was 34. From southern California and back to Maryland. We had been through it all together. He was truly my best friend. Jimmy was so smart he could understand every single thing you would say.

Jim loved performing and did over 20 tricks. Jimmy was a ham, adding tricks of his own and vocalizing his performance. He would say "I love you" This dog was confident and well traveled. Jimmy not only went to birthday parties at peoples homes, but schools, the public library, nursing homes, hospitals, parks and other places "no pets were allowed."

He had a keen sense about people. If Jimmy didn't like someone, I didn't trust them. A great dog is a gift from heaven.

Will Joe make it to America's Dumbest Criminals? In the end it was Joe that did himself in, it was only a matter of time. Grinchy caught him. Joe Albero steals, brags about it and encourages others to go steal gasoline too. The man has no morals, he's just trying to rip everyone off. This happened in Delaware. I hope that he will not be able to leave the state. Is Joe friends with the Delaware States Attorney or the Sussex County Sheriff's department? Probably not. . .

Some how, I think all the victims should be proud that we stood up to the bully and won!

All About Sparkles The Clown

I'm late on paying my real estate taxes and if I do not pay them by June 15th, 2009 my properties will be auctioned off. If I can get past that hurdle the maybe I can catch up so the bank won't forclose on me. I am now accepting donations for the Save the Clown Fund. Times are tough for many of us right now. I believe that Joe has even experienced money problems before. At least that's what they say in the Maryland Judiciary Case Search. Why would anyone feel good about ruining a person's livelihood? Isn't it ironic that I have a job playing and Joe is playing that he has a job.

THROUGH THE YEARS

How did Sparkles the Clown come to be? Community Service, Volunteering. As a member of the Salisbury Jaycee Women I was "volunteered" to do the children's entertainment for a large group of needy kids. What could I do that would be really great? My beloved JimDog did over 20 tricks. My aunt made me a clown suit and the act of JimDog and the Clown was born in 1984. I have performed for free at hundreds of community activities. The First Salisbury Festival was my first public performance.

HOW DID SPARKLES GET HER NAME?

JimDog and the Clown were coming out of the Wicomico County Public Library after performing for the Summer Reading Program and were stopped by precious little girl who had missed our show. She pointed to my face and said "Sparkles!" Two years in the business and no name had fit.

JimDog and Sparkles The Clown Show added magic, face painting and balloon animals. We started getting the Big Jobs and many, many, birthday parties. JimDog performed his last show wearing polka dots on his bandages at the American Murrex company picnic with polka dot on his bandages the day before he died at University of Pennsylvania Small Animal Clinic.

I opened a business called The Party House. I put my heart and soul into it. I created it from nothing. Here is the old, old, old website: http://www.intercom.net/user/srainey/index.html I successfully ran The Party House for 5 years and added Dance and Gymnastics classes. It was the perfect job for a mom with two toddlers. I attended Moose Camp twice and was trained by Real Ringling Clowns.

Since closing The Party House I have gone back to doing just birthday parties and company picnics, family reunions on the weekends. I am not worried about Joe ruining my clown business. I've been a living doll for over 25 years. I'm 52 years old and being a clown is hard work. I will never fully retire because there will always be someone with a special occaision. My number has been changed from business to residential. I pick and choose what gigs I will take and I will tell you one thing. Joe could offer me $9,999.99 to do the grand kid's party and I would turn him down.



I know that I am a wonderful clown. I have scared a baby or two I have to admit, but Sparkles The Clown has never intentionally hurt anyone's feelings. Anyone that knows me personally will tell you I am a really nice, decent person and intelligent person. Joe is a bully. Picking on me is easy.

WHAT BOTHERS ME THE MOST
How is Joe's attack affecting my two daughters? They're mad, their friend's are mad because Sparkles the Clown is cool. What's even worse is that Joe will be bombarded with comments defending me that he will not print. It will drive his hit count way up. There are already ugly comments posted, probably by Joe himself.

I now have three people watching my blog. If I were paranoid I would think it was Davis Ruark or Mike Lewis. I don't care, most of what is on this page is people defending themselves against Joe's attacks, correcting his errors or espressing his opinion. I have just as much right to have a blog as Joe does. Many of the victims of sbynews.com are my friends, children and customers.

Joe acts like he has the hots for me. Was he disappointed to find out that I wasn't the manly bruiser in a t-shirt. Amazing . . . Joe never took on The TomCat, but as soon as he found out I was a woman he pounced in for the kill.

I was born in Salisbury Maryland at PGH. I'm proud of that of being from Salisbury and the Eastern Shore. My family roots go deep in the sandy soil of the Eastern Shore. If you are so unhappy with the people and the community you should move away or just stay at home.

A Few Things

This blog was created to gather information about Albero's victims in order to organize enough people to file a class acion law suit against him. The is why it's named Class Act.

People are saying they want to hear both sides of a story. Joe never allows any opposing comments and that is why the anti blogs appeared. Many people oppose Anonymous Comments. They have to be anonymous for fear that they will be "blogged" by Joe, threatened, slandered, stalked and humiliated by lies.

Joe will never be invited as a speaker for the Chamber of Commerce again.

With all the crime in the area does Joe think Davis Ruark has time to worry about his whining. What Joe doesn't know is that I went to the State's Attorney's Office and they told me I didn't have anything to worry about. The only thing I have ever posted about Joe have been in defense of his victims or to disprove his outright lies.

Joe seems to think the First Ammendment applies only to him. Anyone that stands up to him is threatened with a law suit.

Joe has been on a rampage about John Robinson who is a member of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce. He then goes on to post that people should not patronize Common Grounds coffee shop. Trying to put people out of business is not good for commerce in the Salisbury area.

you aware of his horrible posts about the Salisbury Zoo and the Downtown Plaza? Why would you feed the ego of someone who is really an enemy to the commerce of Salisbury. He and his wife have filed lawsuits against the City of Salisbury. I am
shocked that you would have such a disreputable person as your guest speaker. Putting(invited) after his name shows that you must be aware of his practice of barging in
with his cameras,etc. I feel very strongly that it is wrong for the Chamber to

I forwarded it to a few people. My blog has been closed for 6 months. Joe finds out and goes on a full out rampage. He even posted that he received an interesting letter from my ex. I sent Joe the single following email:

This morning I received the following email from Joe. He sent it to Davis Ruark, my ex-husband and as a courtesy I was copied in..

Davis, this message comes from Susan Rainey's
e-mail address, therefore she sent it. I asked her last night to cut this out
and she refuses to comply. I will speak to my attorney Bruce Bright today but
clearly this woman has some screws loose. To defame me by now using her child's
name is abusive as a parent IMHO and then send it public while she is a minor. I
have attached Susan's e-mail address to this message to let her know I will move
forward with my intention, (as mentioned last night). So you know, I also have
the entire mailing list of those who seem to be involved with these shenanigans.
I have also attached her ex husband to this list so that he may review it
himself to know what the mother of his children is up to. I have had enough of
this mental case of a woman and I wanted you aware that she is still up to her
old ways. By the way Davis, Susan is also TOMCAT on the Blogs. She has had her
own Website for years hiding behind that fictitious name, Bruce has all the
postings/comments from that Blog. That is a different matter we will take on in
a seperate case/charges. Thank you for your time on this matter.

Is Joe telling Davis what to do? Class Act hasn't existed for years. I am not ashamed of anything here and am not responsible for the comments made. Spending time reviewing the comments and deleting the really bad ones was one of the reason I quit blogging. It's not important to me.

Freedom of Speech without fear of being attacked IS IMPORTANT TO ME. Bloggers have been forced to remain anonymous to protect themselves from Joe Albero. Class act was created as a place for people/businesses can respond to Joe's abuse.

After talking to several chamber members that tommorrow's event is really a great idea. I will be there and encourage all of you to attend. Sparkly1

Is Joe Slow or Just Blind?

From sbynews.com: This is the first time I've seen storage gas tanks above ground and maybe this is the way of the future. Nevertheless, Royal Farms is moving right along and should be opening in the very near future.

Stations like this are all over the shore. Two come to mind the one on Route 50 near Pittsville and the one on Route 13 across from ECI. They have been there for many years.

The Rite Aid on Mt. Hermon road has been closed for at least 6 months. Rite Aid bought the former Eckerd Drugs a block or so east on the right. As for the employees that lost jobs, it is my opinion that the service at the new locations is far superior. My preference is Happy Harry's in Delmar where the pharmacy staff is 100% american and not mid-eastern.

I'm excited about tonight's debate--History In The Making! What are your thoughts? Is your mind made up already?

It's now after 11:00 and I've watched the debates. I have to say that I am thoroughly disgusted. I wish there were other choices. I am not convinced that either candidate has working solutions to the economic, domestic and foreign problems facing us. I heard nothing but the same old sound bites we've been hearing all along.

So what do you think? In my opinion McCain showed the Nation that he has the experience and knowledge to lead our Country. McCain was enthusiastic, reassuring and honest. McCain showed pride and a love for our Country. From my view McCain won by a long shot. Unfortunately, the commentators after the debate said otherwise. They said that Obama seemed more personable, more fluent and proved he was knowledgeable. It seemed as if every answer started with "Well, (pause), Uh, (pause) . . . " Many times he didn't even answer the question. He was about as personable as a cold fish. He lacks the passion the John McCain exudes. Obama has no military experience, yet he is expected to the Commander In Chief? Why would FannieMae and FreddyMac contribute huge sums of money to Obama? Obama was asked what the American people would have to do to help the economic situation he said they may have go out to dinner less! For many of us going out to dinner has already been eliminated. Obama spouts his ideas with no information on how they will be implemented. Let's talk about things that can be cut immediately. Welfare to non-US citizens, the ACORN project and similar projects, the ACLU. McCain is right, we need to become a self-sufficient country again. His energy plans support this and will decrease the number of unemployed workers with decent paying jobs. It is time that our government stop catering to lobbyist and special interest groups. Obama will be the ruination of our County is he wins.
